To provide a fair, consistent, and efficient experience for all customers, reimbursement requests will be managed through a standardized claims process. This process helps ensure each claim is reviewed accurately and handled as quickly as possible.

Reimbursements will not be issued automatically.
Customers who wish to be considered for reimbursement must request access to the claims process and submit a completed claim in accordance with the Tariff Reimbursement Policy.

About the Program
The Tariff Reimbursement Claims Program is intended to address eligible tariff-related charges billed during the applicable program period.
All claims are subject to:
• The eligibility requirements of the Tariff Reimbursement Policy
• Verification against Amorim Cork America’s business and accounting records
• Completion of the required claim submission form
• Acceptance and execution of the required Settlement and Release agreement
• Compliance with all applicable program terms and submission deadlines
Submission of a request for information or a completed claim does not constitute approval of reimbursement.
What You Will Receive
After confirming access, eligible account contacts will receive the appropriate link and instructions for accessing the claims materials.

• Claim submission instructions
• The Official Claim Submission Form
• The required Settlement and Release Agreement
The claims page is intended for policy review and claim submission only. Claim status information will not be available through the webpage.
How the Claim
Review Process Works
1. Request Program Access
Email learncork@amorimcorkamerica.com with your company and contact information.
2. Review the Program Materials
Review the Tariff Reimbursement Policy, eligibility requirements, submission instructions, and required Settlement and Release Agreement.
3. Submit the Claim Form
Complete and submit the online claim form, together with any required information or documentation.
4. Claim Review and Verification
Amorim Cork America will review the claim and verify the applicable transactions against Company records.
5. Reimbursement Eligibility Determination
Any approved reimbursement will be calculated and processed in accordance with the Tariff Reimbursement Policy. Issuance of any reimbursement is contingent on compliance with that policy, execution and delivery of the Settlement and Release Agreement.
Timeline
Claims will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Processing times may vary depending on:
• The volume of claims received
• The completeness of the submitted information
• The complexity of the account or transactions
• The need for additional verification or documentation
Customers are responsible for submitting all required materials before the claim submission deadline established in the Tariff Reimbursement Policy.
Incomplete, inaccurate, late, or ineligible claims may be delayed or denied in accordance with the program terms.
